I did the CD a couple weeks ago.  Last night was spent on the couch - first
Dark Angel, then something called "A Lot to Lose" on dieting - mostly about
Atkins-style diets.

I spent too much time at work this week to touch computers for too long last
night.  I think I spent a grand total of 20 minutes on the systems last
night...
