[geeks] Suggestions re: monitor

I am strongly considering buying a 13W3 to VGA adapter and hooking up a
nice crisp 15" CRT to my Sparc LX.  I am currently using a Sun GDM-1604A15
color display, however, it has a purplish tinge, a compressed set of scan
lines at the bottom (run together into a bright line), and is very dim.
I used it to install Solaris, but it is horrible to use on a day to day
basis.

Is it repairable? (I would assume I'd need a new tube and it wouldn't be
worth it.)

have the single "skill" of working it out from a gui tool. Ask these people
