I wish I lived in a $92K house. Trailers without land go for $65K here.
Mortgages are a suck on life.

The lake down the road has 1~3 million 4BR houses on it though. Makes me
feel poor as I boat past them on my sub-$10K boat while looking at their
Moomba's, Catalina's and Donzi's (usually all three in a boathouse).
