OK, since this topic has drifted so far, I feel the need to tell my
story about a friends dog...
This german shepherd called "Boy" is a couple of years old, but he still
thinks he's a puppy. I mean, he come up to me in the sofa to lie in my
knee, not for one second realizing that he's waaaay too big. :-)
He likes to play outside alot and two of the best things he like is (1)
eat grass and (2) chase the waterhose. When Daniel (the dogowner, a
friend of mine) is watering the lawn, the dog is all fanatic and tries
to "bite" the waterbeam. He's all crazy about it.
There was this day last summer when we sat on the porch outside the
house, me, Daniel + gf and another couple, having a few drinks and some
laughing. Boy had been chasing that waterhose all day and had probably
eaten a big amount of grass, from my guessing.
Anyway, we sat there just talking and drinking and I noticed the dog
made some small noise from underneath the table, but still calm. He once
in a while wandered around under there and under the sofa where I sat.
All of a sudden I hear this wooshing sound...
*gloffsh gloffshh* *splash* *dog grumble*
The first second I didn't know what was happening, but the next second
it struck me and I held up my feet FAST and looked down there. BROWN
GOOIE in about 1 sq meter under the table and sofa. Yieek! All of us
stood up and backed away in a hurry and we realized what had happened,
the dog had diarrhea, cause of all the water + grass. :-/
The guy in the other couple started chocking and suddenly THREW UP ON
THE LAWN, while the rest of us just tried to look away and not sniff too
much. :-)
Man, that was insane, I tell you...
Although, things got cleared up in a few minutes with the highpressure
watersprinkler machine, but we continued the rest of the evening inside.
:-)
