Its called "helpful suggestion".  Obviously you are unable to tell the 
difference of someone making a suggestion, and someone telling you what to
do.  There is a definite difference; I suggest you learn about that 
difference.

Please avoid yelling at other listmembers in the future.

If you know how you learn best, why havent you learned it yet?  You shouldnt
rely on other people to spoon-feed things to you.  When that happens, you 
only experience what they feed you, not what you could be eating...
