Friday night, went to her domicile and waited for her to return from
teaching at her brother's fiance's church's VBS.  Then, after she had
been home from a few minutes, I said I did have something to ask her,
then dropped to my knee and asked.  

I had gotten the ring earlier, and didn't want to keep waiting for
inspiration of the greatest method of asking to hit me, and I thought
she would rather like this since she always says she loves seeing me
waiting for her to arrive home (err, her home, not mine).
