[geeks] Rackmount cases

Anyone have suggestions on where to get a 4 or 5U rackmount chassis?  It
doesn't have to be a "PC" chassis with card slots on the back.  I'm going
to be putting a PC104+ board in it with a PCI card along with some
additional power supply hardware and 10"x10" pcboard.  There's only going
to be a couple of RJ45 jacks, a 50-pin telco connector, and a standard IEC
power plug on the back.
