[geeks] PHP with Sablotron on OpenBSD

I have tried to compile PHP with Sablotron
enabled on OpenBSD but it complains about
not having a "shared" version of libresolv.

How do I build and install this lib?
Can anyone provide a recipe for doing this?
The stuff that turns up on google seems
to imply the libresolv is part of libc.
Is it possible to pull and build what I
need out of libc? How?
