RI, that little suburb of MA :)

I'll likely pack all the shit into a 20' trailer and tow it to OH.  Even
loaded, it'll probably only be a 12 hour trip.  Real Estate here is a
sellers market - so selling my house will go fairly easy.  And luckily,
it's a buyers market in OH right now...

Hassle, yes.  But thankfully nothing like trying to move to CA...
