Use a PC and Senherist (sp?).  It's what the "pros" in Hollywood and us
"pros" in Austin :) use for DVD authoring for release DVD's.  The downside
is the price tag that makes you want to scream in pain.  Something in the
20G range.  I've heard rumors though that ULead is releasing something
soon that is a professional version of their current amateur DVD authoring
tools.
