If offered in bulk to a crowd of people, unsweetened.  Offer sugar and
sweetener so that folks can add as wanted and fine-tune.  Some people
even like milk in it.

Just don't ask for iced tea in a traditional Japanese restaurant...

Personally, I like it unsweetened, with no ice, with a dribble of lime
juice.  Very refreshing.
