I havent ruled out anyplace; heck, we wont even be thinking of seriously
moving for another two years (when I turn 30 and my trust fund matures.. I'm
not going to be rich, but I'll have enough money to pay everything off and 
move somewhere that I dont have $400/month power bills in the summer).
