*nod* It certainly covers the legal aspect (like businesses losing mail
and such and kicking back against the ISP) to do so, as long as you warn
the customers repeatedly and often.

Most of the simplest (and best) ideas are those that are ignored or never
considered. Human nature, I guess. :(
