Yep.  Check the local auto-parts stores for vinyl dye.  It comes in a
spray can, like spray-paint, and you apply it just like spray paint.  It
works wonders, I've used it to recondition old faded (or bad colors)
interior pieces.  Just be sure to properly clean and prep the surface
(wash and then rub down with rubbing alcohol to remove greases and
residues).
