In this day and age most HR dept. heads would still ask if he had an
MCSE. 

Someone I know went for an interview for an entry level phone jockey
job at a call center selling psychic networks and NRA memberships and
was asked if he had any computer certifications, and how many years
of experience he had in the software they use in the call center.
When he asked what the software they used was he was told it was
proprietary software they had designed for their center. This is the
place I was planning on submitting a resume to this week. God I hate
my life.
