  A guy I used to work for (Doug Humphrey) used to use a Russian
phrase once in a while.  I'll have to email him to find out what it
is, I don't recall...but it loosely meant "hurry up and get moving,
stop screwing around".  The literal translation is "get your dick out
of the tea."
