It's VERY important to eat those fresh (not canned) veggies. Leafy
stuff is best, but starchy "veggies" (a.k.a tubers, legumes, etc) should
be avoided. I normally only eat lettuces, cabbages, and greens (which
are best cooked in bacon fat... :).
