S'hug on s'loufa.

S'hug: 10 jalapenos, a handfull of cilantro leaves, 6 cloves of garlic
and a pinch of salt, in a food processor with 1/4 cup of water. Puree,
then transfer to a pan, bring to a low boil, then simmer for ten minutes
or so.

S'loufa: sourdough flatbread, made fresh or purchased from your local
Yemenite baker.

Scoop copious quantities of the former with the latter and eat.
