Michael, check the tool area in your local Home Depot or Lowes. Failing
the existence of either one, go online to Harborfreight.com.  You won't
find much for under $200, but what you will find might suit your needs.

Actually, a quick look on Harborfreight.com turns up several good
examples of inexpensive table saws (under $200).  Any of them will
likely come backed by a manufacturers warranty.  There is one that $209
(I know, just over your specification) that looks like a Makita - it's
Makita blue with a script name on the front, but I can't read the name. 
It resembles "Makita", but I would call Harbor Freight to confirm before
assuming that it is.
