That's not bad at all.  My commute to Elgin was 40, and to Austin was an
hour, except for during rush hour.

I don't think it'll particularly bother me.  So long as the walls are
thick enough for the place to be quiet, and so long as I'm not in a bad
neighborhood, I could probably be reasonably happy anywhere.

Lucky you.  How do you manage that?  I thought non-government land
improvements were prohibited in parks.
