AFAIK, the only Quadra to come with the LC was one subset of the 610.  
Oh, wait, the 605 had an LC as well.  Sure you'e not conting the Centris 
line as part of the Quadras?

605- LC 040/25
610 - some LC, some not (25Mhz, Centris 610 was LC/20)
630 - Full 040/33 (i believe)  Performa version may have been LC.
650 - Full 040/33 (Centris was LC/25
660AV - Full 040/25 (both Centris and Quadra)
700 - Full 040/25
800 - Full 040/33
840AV - Full 040/40
900 - Full 040/25
950 - Full 040/33
