Well, the earlier seasons, anyway.  It quickly went downhill from 
"creatively surreal" to "animated toilet humor".  The faux commercials 
and music videos were the best, though (The "Don't Whiz on the Electric 
Fence" board game commercial, and the music video for "The Royal 
Canadian Kilted Yaksmen Theme Song" come vividly to mind).
