Hey guys,
I just noticed some email appear in my inbox (for my home ISP) that
looks like bounced email rejection traffic to addressees that that
I don't know. I know that it's not being generated my my machine,
since it is physically disconnected from the net. There was even a spam
message from _me_ to myself!. All I can assume is that someone is
forging my name/email address for spam purposes. Has anyone else
experienced this, or have a suggestion as to what I could possibly do
about it? I'm going to talk to my ISP, but I don't think they can do much,
since the chances are it isn't even coming from their domain. My guess is
that
the bounced email messages are being directed back to forged originator
address (i.e. ME). I feel violated :-(
