Here's crossed fingers that my beige G3 survives the upgrade procedure..... :)

  Now I have to decide, do I REALLY need the SCSI RAID in the machine, or 
should I go ahead and put the OHCI 3 port Firewire card in..... $~ 20 to 
$25 bux for the card
