I fully believe, based on the reports I've read, that the
attack was not an accident. They were noncombatants that
were attacked without provocation. That's terrorism to me.

Minor point of discussion; the crew of the Liberty were in the Navy, aboard
a ship cruising near a war zone. Terrorism or not, accident or not, they I
don't think they could be called non-combatants, could they?
