100% of the software produced by my $employer is VB & Access (we are
migrating to SQL Server, though)...

We are a niche provider though, all our software is used in-house, no
programs sent to customers (more service than product oriented)...

We have 175 +/- employees, and our revenue is in the low 8-figures
($xx,xxx,xxx)...
