OK I talked to the guy I got the Sun 4/110 & misc VME boards off of and 
got the story on it.

The 4/110 was upgraded to a 4/300 system board.  The loose system board 
I have is a 4/110 board.

The board with the RGB in & out is indeed a TAAC board.  The benefactor 
I got it off of originally got it from the founder of TAAC, before he 
sold the company off.  It was a customized board that was taken to 
trade shows and such.
