[geeks] Phillips scopes (was: Re: Tektronix scopes)

I caught the mention of a Phillips scope. I just picked up
a PM3323 yesterday (300 Mhz?) at the Westminster PA. Hamfest
(the last hamfest of the season around here; Wash. D.C) But
haven't been able to find any docs on the web... It seems to
have a problem in the front end (vert. amp) with both channels...
lots of noise, looks as if both amps are blown, but without
docs it'll be a pain to troubleshoot... Nicely built, though.

Does anyone know where I might find a service manual for this
critter?
