All good ideas.  IMHO not going to happen in my lifetime even if I fight 
my hardest though.  But then I'm not sure if I'll wake up tomorrow and 
find use under martial law either.  I'm more than a little paranoid.

As are most changes of this nature.  Unfortunately the inmates are in 
control of much of the asylum so most changes are going to be crazy.
