Uhm, Bill Clinton, while running for president. When talking about you,
it is always Mr. Bill. ;^)

He blasted George Bush when he was talking about his international
diplomacy/exp, and Bill Clinton said "It's the economy, stupid."

This may have been 10 years ago now, I guess before your time? ;^)
