It doesn't say it specifically in the description, but this card is a VIVO
(video in video out) card that does capture and output to analog sources and
targets.    

There's also this card fro the same manufacturer that has the option of
VIVO, but most models are VO only.

Which one of the above I get will depend largely on cash on hand at the time
