Sounds cool! In the rocket tutorial they take you through creating a rough
moonscape, which start out looking like a plane of bubbly cheese - until you
add a fractal displacement anyway. There's a displacement tool that lets
you "paint" on the surface to displace it, left-click to pull, middle-click
to push - I could see creating an icecube out of a cube very easily with
that tool.
