Anyone have a simple voltage regulator circuit somewhere?  the stereo in my 
car can't handle > 12 volts :(  so when the alternator is charging the 
battery, the juice in the car goes to ~ 14 or 16 volts and the stereo has a 
fit.... I need to take ~ 12 to 18 volts in and produce a regulated 12V out...

   with enough amperage capacity for a casette/radio stereo....
