Or as in my case getting a completely legal corporate copy with no
activation required from a previous employer. But it still wont let me
do the web download. It says my activation key doesn't match my system
inventory. That same product key was used on quite a few systems Im
sure. The only way for me to get SP1 is to get the full corporate
download, off an msdn cd, or by buying the cd distribution. 

Irritating.
