[geeks] knife sharpening

Ditto to this.  There are almost as many ways to sharpen a
blade as there are to dull one, but i have used the Arkansas
stones since the mid 80's and have always had very good
success with them.  There are faster ways, as these tale some
time, but i personally do not believe there are better ways.

For a fast edge on less important blades i have used diamond
stones.  There quick and they get the job done.
