Jeez what is it with the state contracting market.

In the last two days I've talked to people about contracts for five
different states. It seems tlike they're all trying to rebuild their IT
infrastructure at once.

On a related note, anyone tell me what life is like in Columbus,OH or
Atlanta? I don't care for Atlanta as a city, but I haven't lived there.
Is it any better than visiting?
