'elongated dirt molluscs' .. I like that.  And to the other .. it's
historical fact, it had and continues to have a real impact on everyday life
here/now ... which was why I brought it up.  Next time I'll ignore the
Comanche and concentrate on the Mexican bandits/freedom fighters ...
