thats incorrect.
Im afraid i have no reference to quote but i was speaking to a friend of
mine who flies 757s for BA and they have to manually input the waypoints
for their route before each flight [i believe this process is automated
in the 777] The gps may not be the primary instrument of navigation but
it is definately there and used.
