No, I'm talking about the people that flow out of their seat with the
arm-rest lodged somewhere in their side.  I've BTDT, and since slimmed
down, so I wouldn't classify it as a disability, either.

True.  I, in fact, take about 1.1 southwest seats because my shoulders
and hips (just the skeletal part, not anything covering them) are
sligthly wider than the distance between the arm-rests.

Again, I think I (and Southwest) am talking about a totally different
level of "doesn't fit", but your experience may be showing otherwise.
