My guess is that this is SCO's death rattle and they're clawing at IBM
in the hope that IBM will look at the cost of the lawsuit- which will
get carried on by whomever owns SCO- and just buy them up for pennies
on the dollar. That gives the owners a fast cash out and makes it look
like they went down fighting.
