I did that with my "ham shack" in the basement.  Have a neighbor with a crappy
TV installation and, as a result of that, had a penpal at the FCC office for a
couple of years.  Decided to shield an extraneous signals from my equipment.
Ahh....the wonders of chicken wire....    ;->
