I should have explained that I see no electronic problems with the board
(provided they isolate the plate transformer). I used to build 250kV
rectifiers on PCBs and I have a lot of respect for their voltage isolation.
However in a typical PC all of the potentially HV circuitry is nicely
contained in a finger & tool proof box. Presumably this motherboard has a
350-400 volt DC circuit to energise the tube plates. I'm a little concerned
about what a badly mounted board, or screwdriver in the wrong place might
do to an unsuspecting enduser.
