Not stupid.... slick... they want to stop people from changing the
affected lines of code and invalidating their case... something they
have actually said as to their reasons for this in an earlier
article... but this is just what people would do if indeed there is an
issue with code in the kernel.... nobody will pay licensing fees to SCO
to continue to use the infringing code even if it is found to A. exist
B. belong to them.
They severely misunderstand the mentality of the Linux community.
