[geeks] RedHat restructure

There appears to be a major change taking place at RedHat. RedHat is dropping support for 7,1, 7.2
and 8.0 at the end of this year and will drop support for 9.0 in April of next year. From then on
out there will be no more products released in the "RedHat Linux line". They will be focusing on
their business targeted line, "RedHat Enterprise Linux".

To replace the "free download" version of RedHat Linux that is so popular, they will be sponsoring a
new project "Fedora". This will be an open source, community supported linux distribution and will
not be officially supported by RedHat itself.

Interesting, especially considering Novell's purchase plans for Suse, RedHat's number one
competitor.
