USB is not *great* for that kind of application, since all devices share one controller - now, of course, USB 2.0 has enough bandwidth to make use of a couple network adapters, but the reall answer may be one of the cappachino PCs (previously linked to in this thread) with the 4 built-in ethernet ports...
Or a case that can accomodate multiple "short" PCI cards, or a couple "long" PCI cards...
