I have never used the = sign when setting PROM settings.  I always
thought the syntax was based on C-shell.

In other words:

    setenv ttya-mode 38400,8,n,1,-

...rather than

    setenv ttya-mode=38400,8,n,1,-

The manual doesn't really cover much except how to connect the BNC
cables.  It just says they are .7 volt BNC plus H/V sync.

The manuals generally only show what Windows is capable of displaying on
them.  Kinda sucks.

For example, 1400x1050 is perfect aspect ratio, but isn't listed.  I use
it all the time when running Linux or *BSD, but Windows video drivers
cannot (or rather will not) generate that mode.

This seems inplicit in it having those as seperate connectors.
