6mbit/768kbit RADSL w/static IPs, shell, etc. through speakeasy.  I
see 4.9mbit/660kbit to the NOC, somewhat less with real-world
sites. Cost is $99/month but I took advantage of a discount offer
(mention slashdot, etc.) so for the year it works out to $79 and
change per month.
