show them the track record of damn near any software from redmond. then 
show them the track record of a properly configured openbsd firewall. 
(yes yes i know even if the windows box IS properly configured, it could 
be *possibly maybe somewhat close to* being able to be a firewall 
OS....but no....the words windows and firewall should never be in the 
same sentence together unless it means that they windoze boxes are 
behind a good *nix firewall setup ;)

Sorry that this is not really a helpful response, as I have not even 
done more than install ISA server, for fun, and then never played with 
it. bleh. Microsoft + firewall = unsecure network.
