After a year of unemployment, I finally got someone to actually *talk* to
me. But it's a contract position.

It's a Unix admin position, more apps babysitting than actual system work.
Lots of monitoring, patching and stuff.

The platforms are varied, but mostly HPUX, AIX and Solaris. The hardware
would be Superdomes, RS6K/Z-series and all sorts of Suns. The geographical
footprint would be the entire US.

It will likely be a 4 day week of 10 hour days (my fave).

I don't like to talk about something before it becomes real due to
superstitions, but I will say that I am brushing up on my SS7 knowledge, as
it will be a heavy requirement.
