When we had Platinum support (no idea if it changed when we downgraded to
Bronze), we had RTUs for everything (included), and all we had to do to get
Solaris media was ask our SE, who would respond "how many copies do I need
to send?"
We were never asked/audited about "proper number of RTUs for number of
systems".
In fact, I've *never* heard of this being done, anywhere - I think Sun has
the unofficial viewpoint of "we'd rather you run Solaris than something
else."
